Premium and Premium Plus Breeder Listings

If you have a current listing in the directory and want to change it or upgrade to a premium - visit this page for instructions - do not submit a NEW listing!

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

As of January 1, 2007, I am temporarily closing our directory to new breeder listings so I can concentrate on overhauling this entire website.  I am certain this will take me at least a few months, possibly longer, to do.  During this time, I will only accept requests for major changes to existing listings such as: changes to url or contact info (email and phone numbers).  If you have minor changes to make such as: changes to your breeds or promotional statement, you'll need to wait until I get the new site up and going - sorry...this is just so I can devote most of my spare time to working on this website!

 

Please read these important points before you fill out our form:

  • FOR BOTH PREMIUM and PREMIUM PLUS listings - You must have a link to The Rabbit & Cavy Directory prominently displayed on either your HOME page or your LINKS page before you submit your listing.  If you place The Rabbit & Cavy Directory link on your LINKS page, it must not be buried within other breeder listings and your HOME page must have a link on it that leads directly to your LINKS page.

  • FOR PREMIUM PLUS listings -You must also have a link to LaReau Lops & Cavies somewhere on your main website but it is not necessary to have this link prominently displayed - you can include it among your other breeder listings.

  • For more info on linking to our sites visit this page.

  • If I cannot easily find our link(s) on your site, our link(s) are incorrect, or not displayed correctly, I will delete your request in order to preserve my time - you may resubmit your listing after you've corrected the error.  If you have questions about this, please read our FAQs page.

  • Check the info you type into the form for accuracy - BEFORE you click the submit button.  If you've already clicked the submit button then notice a mistake while reading the confirmation page, click your browser's BACK button to return to the form, correct the info, type in the Comment/Questions box that you are 'correcting some info', and click the SUBMIT button again.

  • On the form - the required info is capitalized, but you do not need to type your info in all caps!

  • The email address you type into the form will be sent with the listing even though it doesn't show up on the confirmation page- please make sure it is accurately-typed into the form. 

  • New in 2006!  All ARBA judges and registrars are listed as premium listings regardless of reciprocal link status - if you are a current judge or registrar use the premium form on this page to send us your listing and be sure to type in the 'WHERE IS OUR LINK' box your judge/registrar status and number!

 

 

 

Once your listing is in, please inform me of any changes to your website url or email address in the future - I routinely scan for, and remove broken links!  I usually offer a few weeks' leeway when a link is found broken-in case there is a temporary problem, but broken links that appear on  consecutive reports are removed.  If your listing is removed because your links are not working - you will have to resubmit your listing!  This also applies if I find you've changed your website url-I delete these listings (if the owner hasn't sent me a request for change) because usually, when someone's website changes, so does a lot of other info in their listing.
